What to do when the battery is hot?
Please check whether the positive and negative terminals of the battery are correctly connected
What to do when the battery box is rusty?
Please check whether the rust of the battery box is caused by electrolyte. We recommend you clean the leakage with a tool (blade) before inserting a new battery
Whether RPNB products are fireproof or waterproof?
Some of our products are not fireproof or waterproof. Please pay attention to fire and water when using the safe.
Whether RFID Key Fob / RFID Card can be deleted?
Registered RFID Key Fob / RFID Card can be deleted.
Whether the safety cable can be lengthened?
Safety cable has only one size (1m) and it cannot be extended.
Whether the password can be deleted?
Registered passwords cannot be deleted. Setting a new password will overwrite the old one
What to do if you lose your keys?
Keys can be ordered directly from our website. Please provide a valid order number when ordering keys. If you cannot provide the order number, we can not arrange the key for you.

We have 5 DOJ-certified safe models, RP1136, RP311F, RP2004, RP19005, RP19001F.
